lovely luna.

hey guys! i've been lurking for awhile and finally decided to introduce my boston, and post some pictures! this is luna. she was named after looney luna lovegood from the 5th harry potter book. the name is so fitting! she just turned one in may and is a little spitfire.

agh! yes! i know its like boarder-line animal abuse, but she was in heat and i had to do something!

p.s.
how do you guys get such cute pictures of your dogs? luna is sucha spaz i have a horrible time getting her to sit still long enough to get a nice shot. i've even tried bribing her with treats.

Awww Luna you are a sweetie! Pictures are always tricky since teh animals tend to be so fast! I take them when Lola is more sleepy, or sometimes I hold a treat and ask her to sit, snap a quick one and there you go :) But personally I like the goofy action shots better!

I generally get the best shots by taking Patrick outside where there is a lot of light so that the cameras shutter is faster. That way even if he moves around its not blurred. By a window on a really sunny day works too.
