a new family member....

Fig and I welcomed Tadpole into our family over the weekend. He's a 6-month old Chinese Crested who was badly neglected by an owner who couldn't get rid of him... poor guy. He has some minor health problems stemming from the neglect (tons of flea bites, acne, etc...) but seems to be happy - he's thrilled to have someone pay attention to him! He's a sweetie. Fig's adjusting well - it's really hard for her to be gentle with the little guy! She's used to violent, noisy, and raucus play. :-)
