Anyone have a picture of what a screw-tail looks like?

What's a bostons tail supposed to look like?

I'm puppy shopping and came across something VERY ackward! Her tail was about 2 to 2 1/2 inches long and zig zagged...

Is that normal? It looked like it wasn't.
