Potty training question

It's been a while since I posted, I have a new job that doesn't allow any online time.  I have a question that I was hoping someone here might be able to answer.

Molly just turned 10 months old, and until recently, she had been doing very well with her potty training, and we thought she was just about done.  Her accidents were becoming few and far between (like once or twice every few weeks), and she had not had an accident in her crate for about 4 months.  Then, starting about 2 weeks ago, she will sometimes refuse to poop after she has her dinner, even though my  husband and I take her out several times during the evening, even up until as late as 1:30 am (she eats dinner at about 6:00 pm every day).  In the past two weeks, she has pooped in her crate overnight 3 times.  I don't really know what to do.  Her appetite is good, and her energy level is as high as it's ever been.  Has anybody else been through something similar?

Here are some recent pictures, just because I haven't posted any in forever:

Her new big girl harness:

She loves this rope, but we had to take it away because she destroyed it, of course:

Please stop pointing that thing at me:
