Dogger food choices

    Because of all the horror
stories we have read about the contaminated dog food (and cat food, etc) my
husband mentioned that he has heard of a few people actually making their
own.  Have any of you done this?  I know of many "human"
foods that are good for dogs... I just wonder how to make sure that
their diet is balanced?
