I was walking a stupid dog at the time.. thank god michael was home!! So he ran her to the vet and 6-7 people were waiting for her. They put her on the table and started hooking up IV's.. they had to get a urine sample from her too and she just layed there so sweetly and shook. Michael said she gave him a lick when he went to kiss her goodbye.
He called me to tell me he dropped her off and i thought for sure she was dead because he was sobbing so hard. :(
He said the DR. had to open the door for him because he couldnt see from crying. I sobbed all night long. Thinking for sure she wouldn't make it through the night. I hardly slept at all and shot up awake and 7am to go and see her. As soon as they unlocked the door at 8 we walked in. She was in a cage looking at us with her big doe eyes and her ears back. She looked good!
Much better than last night when she was quivering and convulsing and crying. The lady said she just walked her and she wouldnt poop or pee but she saw her drinking and eating a bit. They said we could walk her. We took her out and her dr. came walking up. She wiggled at him! We were so happy she was wiggling again.
Her dr. said that was a very good sign to see her perky. She of course pooped and peed for us :) We took her back in and wanted to hook her back up to the IV. She immediately started to make a bed in her cage. She kept trying to get under her blanket Michael took for her. She was trying so hard she rubbed her lip raw on the towel in her cage and it started bleeding :(
I hope they took care of that. We are going to go see her again right now. I am just so distraught. She has to stay there for 5 days!! I have no idea what's after the 5 days? Will she be able to live with out an IV pumping through her? I dont care if I have to go give her 100$ weekly shots. I will to keep her alive. I just hope there is a solution....
I can't imagine life with out my Lulu Belle.
