Sneezing Doggie!

Hey all! Question for you.....

My little girl started sneezing (A LOT) a few days ago. We went camping over the weekend and it seems to have started there. She's fine when she is laying down....but the minute she gets up, she starts sneezing away. Poor thing looks miserable. Any ideas what this might be? Anyone had this happen before? A cold? Allergies? Something stuck in her nose?
