...but when I did everyone always had kind words about our Willa and her pics. I'm sorry to say that she is no longer with us - having survived four months past the one month her vet expected her to. She was diagnosed with Spindle Cell Sarcoma by three separate specialists this past April. Due to the placement, size and rapid growth/spreading of the tumors it was determined surgical removal of the tumors was not feasible. With lots of love and attention and the care of an excellent veterinarian our little girl lived her last few months comfortably. Due to Willa's own amazing spirit she lived these last few days out the way any Boston would want to - full of spunk, playful and happy to be alive.

Our little girl put up a good fight but in the end, despite her verve and strong will, her little body was no match for the cancer that spread through her so quickly.
She was a beautiful and sweet natured little dog and a wonderful companion. She is and will be missed more than I could ever express in words.
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion."
