UTI/bladder infection?

How can you tell if your dog has a bladder or urinary tract infection? Benton drinks a lot of water, and goes to the bathroom fairly regularly. But lately he's had some accidents around the house. I don't know if he's acting out because of the "new" dog, or if it's an issue. I had a friend tell me it could be a bladder issue...

You can tell that he knows he shouldn't have peed all over the carpet, and when you take him outside, he'll pee more!
