Boston Terrier lost in Dover, Delaware
I don't know if anyone has seen Brady's thread on the Woof Board or not?

But Brady's family needs all the help they can get. Brady has been missing since 5-15.

This is what his mom said:

I can't even sort my thoughts ....I am hysterical and have EVERYONE out looking for him.....BRADY is LOST!!!!! 2 hours ago...we are at the NASCAR races in Dover Delaware camping with THOUSANDS of people and a table flipped over, his leash was wrapped around it and started choking him......his collar slipped off of him with all his I.D. information and he is NOT chipped....He started running because he was so scared and I chased him for what seemed like miles and he wouldn't stop.....he was SOOOO SCARED and SPOOKED!!! He ran through a field and across the street and into a retirement community that opens up into fields and fields of land.....

I don't know what else to do....we called ASPCA and all the local vets and NASCAR security.....Please Please....

Anyone in the Dover Delaware area....PLEASE use your resources and any suggestions or help anyone can provide!!! I need my Lil Man back!!!

I feel so helpless......I can't leave to go home without him!!!

Brady's story has appeared in the local newspaper and has been broadcasted on the local radio several times. The last lead they had was from a farmer who saw a silver sedan stop and take Brady into their car. It was a mom and a little girl. Is anyone in the Dover area??

Brady has a facebook page. Please spread the word

This seems almost like a public service announcement for microchipping your dog and how not to secure your animal at a public event :(

i guess his micro chip appointment is in 10 days... I am sure she is regretting it now...

That's really sad. We got our baby microchipped the day after we brought him home. With things like Katrina, and nut jobs who like to steal animals we're pretty anal about stuff like that.

I can't help but question who ties their dog to a table, let alone at an event where there are thousands of people.

I hope she finds her dog and decides to be more responsible.

Show a little compassion and stop being such judgmental jerks. Jesus Christ.

Agreed, the dog had a collar, tags and was tied up. It was a freak accident that he got away without his collar and his owner obviously loves and misses him very much. No need to be so harsh, nobody is perfect.

How much is it to get a dog microchipped? I should look into it for my puppy ill be getting soon.

usually no more than $25

I paid 15, for it to be installed and registered :) It is such a little expense that can be so helpful.

I know some counties have events where they host low cost clinics and provide shot and the microchip and registration for 25$ call around :)
Glorious kind and always on time: muffuletta in a boxuberjackalope on May 18th, 2010 07:00 pm (UTC)
This is heartbreaking. :( I hope Brady gets home soon.

This parent of Brady is the most responsible owner you can get. Don't judge people if you do not know them. This story is heart breaking and how do you know what really happened if you were not there....JERK!!!

I was thinking this. I was making comments that were less than popular but I at least will leave my name to them.

I'm not sure how responsible the owner is, with what all went on. I know that makes me a jerk, but ehe.
