Poor poor baby

My poor boston fell down the whole flight of stairs outside when she went to go pee earlier tonight. She either slipped, because it's raining quite hard, or she missed a step, because it was dark and she can't see with her cataracts.

Amazingly enough, she just has a little scratch on her leg.

The puppysitting is taking a toll on her, as she stays up in the night with me. She's constantly coming and trying to tell me it's bed time. Right now she's sitting by my feet on the off chance I might go to bed. Usually I actually tuck her into blankets on the couch and put her to bed. This time though, with the accident and everything, I was babying her and having some snuggles.

Boston Transport.

Forgot I had this picture. I started using the snuggli when I was 12 so I could take Rista on the bike. Now she goes for walks this way, and comes to the mall. She sleeps in here sometime, and it's very effective for smuggling her into stores.

maulage

Just cos I don't know that I've ever posted here before, I thought I'd share a pic of my brother, being playfully mauled by my grandparents' Boston Terrier.

I rarely post pictures of Lucy anymore because our camera is broken and a pain to hold together to take pictures, but here is a funny one I took last night! she was sneaking our cats' (Crookshanks and Zoey) food and was looking SO guilty!

but you can't really be upset with her when she is so adorable! here she is a few minutes later wondering what her daddy is doing (he buzzed his hair yesterday, and ALL the animals were VERY interested. Lucy didn't recognize him when he was done because he went from having TONS of hair to ... really not much hair at all :))

My baby is still missing

Maggie has been missing since Thursday January 5. We have put out over 300 flyers, went door to door, contacted every local animal shelter and walked thru them also. We have an ad in the paper also and are offering a reward. It makes me sick every day when I wake up and she is not there, my whole family's heart is broken. Does anyone else have any idea what we can do to get our baby back?

My sweet Christy has passed on. She died Saturday. We miss her so much.
Her "episodes" were happening every couple of days, until Wednsday, when she had two in one day. She was having a lot of trouble with her back end, she had lost a lot of strength, and we decided to not make her suffer anymore. Her heart gave out so quick, I don't know how much time she really had left. I loved her and am glad she came into our lives.
