Happy birthday and RIP

My parent's girl, Bonnie, had to be put to rest this past Saturday, 4 days before her 11th birthday. It is so hard to fully realize she is gone and not curled up in my dad's lap. Despite the sadness, I am grateful she is no longer sick or hurting. I know she's whole again, snoring away on some big heavenly couch, or "burying" her cookies on the tile floor of doggie heaven. :)
