Yummy Treats.
What are your babies favorite treats? Charlie loves those flavored chewy discs, greenies, and the syrup flavored waffle treats. But he's finicky when it comes to little treats. The only ones he will always eat of the little ones are the Training Bits (that come in the purple bag) and the moist treats....forget the dry or waxy ones they give out at the bank, McD's, etc.

When it comes to dogfood, he'd just rather not. Even when I first got him and he hadn't had any human food before. I got him in October and it was about a month before he had his first taste of human food--from my mother--when we went home for Thanksgiving. *L* And if I remember correctly, when I was growing up she's the one that was always telling me not to feed the dog human food....

Basil is a picky treat eater too.. If it's not moist forget it! His favorite treats that I know of so far are Snausages, these "Healthy Treats" that Petsmart sells that are "turkey & vegetable jerky" and Alpo chicken strip treats. The only hard treat type thing I've gotten him to eat so far is the Nylabone healthy edible things.. He almost choked on the last little nub of that this morning so now I'm leary to buy him another, but the brat won't eat hardly anything else!

Gimli likes
- a small kong filled with smooth PB & a milkbone cookie. But if you give him a milkbone it has to be red or green. He doesn't like the white ones.
- "Better Than Ears"
- Pedagree Dentabones (i only give him half and his brother gets the other half)
- Purina Beggin strip (bacon)
- Greenies
- Something that looks like PupPeroni Nawsomes but that isn't them.
- K9 CRUNCHIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

- lighters
- stuffed animals
- Shoes
- Metal wire scrub brushes
- Buddy's ears

good for you!!!

Some thing you could do is put your business card in EVERYTHING you mail out even bills. You could leave your cards everywhere they have message boards like meijers (if you have meijers up there)

emma loves pupPeroni and scooby snack, the burger and fries kind. She also likes any human food, although we now limit her intake after seeing pictures of our male boston and how huge he was compared to her. We give her pedigree from a pouch, she loves the strips or chunks in gravy. She will not eat it if it is ground.
She doesn't really like her dry dog food, we give her purina one, chicken and rice, but she loves dry cat food, we give the cat purina indoor formula, because she is very overweight.

Daisy will eat just about any kind of dog treat. I only give her the hard kinds 'cause I've heard that the softer stuff contributes more to tooth decay and smelly breath. And her breath is still so sweet that I'd hate to ruin it! I do make sure that she gets at least one Petrodex dental chew a day.

As for dog food, she'll eat any type as long as it's ground (no meat chunks in gravy) and as long as it's NOT lamb. She won't touch lamb at all. I prefer for her eat Pro Plan 'cause it seems to cut down on the butt-stinkiness but if I'm out of that (Petsmart is 40 miles away), Mighty Dog from the local grocery store works.

I supplement the canned with an equal portion of Pro Plan dry. She doesn't like it as much but that's the breaks ;)

The only people food we let her have is the occasional pieces of popcorn and Goldfish crackers. She's gotten very good at catching the Goldfish in her mouth when tossed to her but I don't like to give her much because of the high salt content.

Why K9 Crunchies of course! LOL.

(That's my boys on the front page.)

Oh, and the other day I gave them each a Greenie. They like them too. But they will do anything for a K9 Crunchie!
