The rules for maintaining communities have changed, you cannot log into your communities anymore. Just go to "manage" on top of your page (while being logged in as YOU), then click on manage communities (it will appear if you click manage or hover above it), and it should show a list of communities you own and beside it, click on user info and you can change the info that way.

p.s i think if it's not listed on your manage communities list, it's because you didn't make yourself a moderator, i think you can do that by looking at the FAQ and it'll show you how to make yourself a mod by logging in the information for the community (to prove that you are the mod). Just take a lookie at the manage communities section of the FAQ if needed, good luck!
