Calendar Suggestion
Since you're using the photos and (essentially) the animals of the people who win for each month, why not offer a free calendar to each of the 12 (or 13, depending on whether there's a "cover Boston") people who win?
It just seems kind of odd that everyone is rushing to put up their pictures of their beloved Boston so that the person who chooses the winners can sell calendars for $20 each.
Seems as though a free calendar is the least that could be offered since splitting the "profit" isn't very likely.
Edit: At $8.46 per calendar (for 20-50), you pre-sell 20 calendars and that gives you $400. That is enough money to buy 47.28 calendars. That leaves you 27 calendars to give to the 12 or 13 winners, and then sell the rest. You've now made $300 off our pictures and our animals. And gosh, we're just asking for a calendar.
