How hard was your BT to housebreak?
Vinnie, as adorable and sweet as he is most of the time, is proving difficult to housebreak. He'll be outside for quite some time, we let him back in, turn our backs, and he has pooped on the floor. Gar!
We have done everything right. He refuses to use his potty mats anymore (just rips them to shreds), he's completely crate trained and never goes in his crate, but he just won't stop going on the floor at least once a day. And man, is he FAST! He can go right in front of us when watching teevee and we won't even notice him doing it.
Is this a common thing with Bostons?
Any tips or tricks aside from the obvious praising and going outside often?
