Wilbur

I just adopted a boston puppy this morning. His name is Wilbur and my god he is full of energy. I've never had a dog before, only cats, so I'm new to all of this. I have 5 cats and I'm hoping after awhile they'll get along. Any advice to a new dog owner? I'm a vet tech, so I'm covered on the health stuff, but behavior wise, I'm lost.

I adopted him because he had a very sad story. He was born with hereditary cerebellum ataxia. Basically, he shakes, runs into things, falls over and has no balance. I kept dreaming about him after I saw his profile on petfinder.com, and had to get him. I'm really tired right now so I'll make this short.
