My Grandparents had a boston named Mandy who died about 2 years ago. They swore they would never get another one since it was just too painful every time they lost one again. A woman a few houses down had a boston named Jack. My Grandma would take Mandy for walks everyday and would sometimes stop to say hi to Jack since he was always outside.
My Grandparents felt sorry for poor little Jack. He was constantly locked up outside in a cage. The woman who owned him had children and my Grandparents saw them hitting Jack a couple times. My Grandpa asked the owner why she kept Jack locked up all the time and her answer to that was that she didn't know how hyper bostons were and she just couldn't deal with him.
A little while after Mandy died Jack's owner stopped by my Grandparents house and told them she was moving and couldn't take Jack with her. She asked them if they wanted him and they happily said yes. Jack has been spoiled rotten ever since. He is more hyper than the other bostons they've owned, but I'm pretty sure it's because he's so excited to not be locked up anymore. He is the sweetest most loveable little guy. He loves attention. If you're on the computer or watching tv he'll grab your arm to get you to pay attention to him. He sleeps with my Grandparents and has about a million toys lol. I just love him. He's so tiny too. He only weighs 10 pounds. Here's some recent pictures of him.

As you can see in some of the pics, he always has a soft fuzzy ball. He carries it with him every where. If he's happy he'll lay down and suck on it. He also sucks on it like a pacifier until he falls asleep. Does anyone else have a boston that does this too?
